While real is best, when you can’t get away from your computer or deadline, virtual nature also helps. 

Studies before and after exposure to nature (Universities of Yale, Michigan, Essex) prove that time in nature has psychological and physiological benefits: improved attention and cognitive ability, lower stress and blood pressure, better mood and mental health, reduced feelings of isolation and even upticks in empathy and cooperation

Our Sensory Space has been designed in collaboration with our fabulous friend Alex Bell*. Created as an antidote to the busy world, it is a space of refreshment, a space where your brain can take a short break, a place of calm, tranquility and re-connection, a space to pause and re-set.
