When this dropped into one of my WhatsApp groups, courtesy of Julia Hogan, who happens to be an American in Ipswich who knows her way around a pair of roller skates AND the area shown in the film quite well, I didn’t know it was going to be such a lovely thing to watch, or that it would provoke so many questions.
I invite you to watch and see what you think…
I’m thinking about:
- My Personal Delusional System, and my capacity to dream up anything and believe it
- Simplicity & Bare Essentials
- How much of what I’m doing each day is feeding me spiritually or materially?
- How to get to the end of my life without being an “asshole”?
- And more….
What do you think, or feel or want to say? ????????

Brilliant share, thanks Bev and Julia. Here’s a man who’s got life right, he found freedom and is living exactly how he wants. It’s made me think so much Bev. I’m so very grateful and proud that I created the opportunity to stop, to step away from the life that made it easy to be an ass hole. And instead, to take the path of simplicity, and wake each morning with an intention of kindness. As Slo-mo said, doing what I can to get to the end of life having not become an ass hole (again). It’s also made me think how we as a society are almost scared of allowing people their delusions, their desire to dream and believe anything. Instead we label them as ill. So, it’s making me think about how I can learn to skate and role model my own delusions, and do I even know what they are. Do I truly allow myself to dream and believe anything, and am I doing what I want? So much, thank you.
