We have created this private community for the exclusive use of our clients to both stay connected as a community and to “keep the conversation alive” around the Cards for Clear Thinking and our corporate development programmes. We have a few common sense guidelines for you to formally agree to in order to ensure that everyone is treated with respect and courtesy at all times.
While we do encourage open and honest contributions, we do not condone and will not tolerate the following…
- Personal attacks, racism, sexism, or harassment or any kind
- Content that is in any way unlawful, threatening, offensive, bigoted, libellous, obscene, prejudicial to active legal proceedings, in contempt of court, otherwise objectionable or in breach of any obligations of confidence or copyright
- Advertising products or services (whether free or for fee) without prior written permission
- Re-posting a previously deleted thread or post
- Collection or distribution of personal data concerning other members of The Clear Thinking Club, Community products or personally identifiable information about another person that is published without their express consent
We operate a notice and take down policy known as “reactive moderation.” That means we will use our best efforts to promptly remove content which is reported as being in breach of this code of conduct or the terms and conditions but cannot guarantee to do so. You can adjust your own privacy settings as to who can see what you are sharing on your own timeline and who can connect and private message you. If you fail to observe these Terms and Conditions at any time, The Clear Thinking Partnership Ltd. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude you (either temporarily or permanently) from any part of the Clear Thinking Club website depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

Group Etiquette:
We’re all in this together to create a welcoming and safe online environment. Let’s treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required.
Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What’s shared in the group should stay in the group.
3. No hate speech or bullying
Make sure that everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn’t allowed, and degrading comments about things such as race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.
Give more to this group than you take. Shameless self-promotion, spam and irrelevant links aren’t allowed. Being part of this community requires us all to consider the needs of others, to respect their time and their attention. Being part of this community should not become a distraction, it should make a positive difference to those who take part.
Privacy Policy:
In addition to the above, please ensure that you read and familiarise yourself with our privacy policy. This will give you information on how we use and process your data. We recommend that you only participate in the club if you accept these terms.
Thank you for taking time to read this. We really do appreciate your positive contribution to the club.
